摘    要:介绍了一种星载相机电子倍增CCD(EMCCD)高压驱动电路的设计。该设计基于FPGA,采用直接数字频率合成技术实现正弦码数的发生,并能接收卫星指令信号进行在线调幅和调相;然后通过低压差分信号(LVDS)总线和高速大幅值运放技术,把正弦信号转化为EMCCD所需的高压倍增驱动信号。利用仿真与计算进行电路参数设定,并研制了实物样机。试验结果显示:电路生成的驱动信号相位调整步长为π/8,幅值调整精度优于0.01V。该设计可为国内后续EMC-CD卫星相机的研制提供参考。

Abstract:A design of electron multiplying CCD(EMCCD) high-voltage driver circuit in satellite camera is introduced.Sinusoidal codes generator is implemented by a FPGA with direct digital frequency synthesis,which can receive telecommand signals to proceed amplitude and phase online adjustment.LVDS bus and large amplitude operational amplifier technique are utilized to convert sinusoidal signal to EMCCD high-voltage driving signal.Circuit parameters are settled by making calculations and simulations,then a physical prototype is developed.The results show that the phase modulation step of the driving signal is π/8,and the amplitude adjustment precision is superior to 0.01V. This design can become an reference for the development of later EMCCD satellite camera in China.
