动载荷作用下结构刚度可靠性探讨

本文从动载荷特性和结构动力破坏特性出发,讨论了动载荷作用下的结构可靠性问题,提出了一些处理方法,可供进一步研究参考。文中提出的某些意见有异于传统的观点,认为动载荷问题严重,但结构的承受动载荷能力在许多情况下比承受相应的静载荷能力强。

Discuss of Reliability of Structured Stiffenness on the Dynamics Load

On the basis of dynamic load property and the dynamic damage characteristic of structure,this paper discusses the reliability of structure which is under the effection of dynamic load. Some methods are put forwand for reference and further research. A few of ideas in the paper are different from some conventional views. It considers that the problem of dynamic load is serious,nevertheess.the structure ability to bear the dynamic load is more greater than it to bear the corresponding static load in many cases.
