浅议我国农业行业协会立法问题

建立与发展农业行业协会是应对国际竞争的需要，农业行业协会立法是确保其健康发展的必然要求。农业行业协会立法要参照民间组织的性质来考虑，还农业行业协会的民间面目和本质属性。把促进农业行业协会发展壮大作为立法目的，坚持“六放”原则，即放宽条件、放松管制、放活机制、放手发展、放胆使用、放心让权，而不是千方百计地去给农业行业协会套枷锁。在法律内容上，可以参考国外行业协会等民间组织法律的有关内容，结合国情，做出新发展。
