转动壳体外压屈曲的有限元分析

摘    要:由于转动离心力的影响,壳体的屈曲临界压力随转速的提高而升高。本文推导了转动壳体线性屈曲的有限元公式,并用DMAP语言编制相应的程序修改MSC/NASTRAN的解题步骤考虑离心力完成了分析。还利用MSC/NASTRAN的几何非线性分析功能完成了有初始几何缺陷转动壳体的有限元分析,计算后屈曲的载荷—变形曲线,得出不同转速下的缺陷敏感度曲线。

Abstract:Due to the effect of centrifugal force the buckling critical pressure of rotating shells is higher than that of non rotating shells.The linear buckling finite element equations of rotating shells are established in this paper.The finite element program MSC/NASTRAN is used to analyse the rotating shells linear buckling and the solution sequence is modified by DMAP (Direct Matrix Abstraction Program) to take into account the effect of centrifugal force.Nonlinear buckling and post buckling behaviors of rotating shells are analysed by geometric nonlinear finite element method,and the effect of centrifugal force is considered by different load step.The initial geometrical imperfection also is discussed in this paper.
