飞船返回舱压力应急返回再入过程舱内大气参数分析

摘    要:在引入五个假设条件的基础上,通过分析压力应急返回再入过程座舱复压的物理模型,建立了压力应急返回再入过程中座舱大气环境参数变化的亚临界流复压和超临界流复压数学模型。并利用某航天器的标准返回弹道参数,对该模型进行了验算。地面模拟试验数据与利用该模型进行的理论计算数据误差小于3%,满足工程精度要求。

Abstract:It is named as pressure emergency that the air in the returning capsule of a spaceship leak quickly into the space when the cabin is holed suddenly. But this case is not expected to become true. Hence we attempted to found a theoretic method to analyze the variety of the atmospheric parameter in the returning capsule with the pressure emergency during its reentry and landing, which could also guide the design and test for the capsule. Based on five hypotheses, we studied the process of the cabin with the pressure emergency during its reentry and landing. Thus the sub/ultra-critical flow models were established, which described the variety of total pressure and partial pressure of oxygen in the returning cabin. The model had also been verified by using the standard returning trajectory parameter of a spacecraft. The error between simulated experiment and calculated data is less then 3 percent, which satisfies the requirement of engineering precision.
