| 摘 要： | 在高职院校管理中,发挥全体师生员工的积极性是高职院校发展创恰恰容易被忽视.本文通过剖析高职院校管理中涉及的民主观念和法治观念,指出激励应成为高职院校管理活动的原动力,并对民主管理和依法治校中的关键问题及实践途径提出了新的见解.
