直线度误差测定中几个问题的探讨

摘    要:讨论了在直线度误差测量中应注意遵循的几个原则:测量值直接作用原则、测量线与工作线一致原则和两测头联线垂直被测风面原则;建议以最小包容区域计算机精确算法作为今后评定直线度误差的主要方法;提出了一种新的最小包容区域计算机精确算法—“构造封闭凸多边形法”;在采样点测量值直接作用和非直接作用两种情况下,根据其采样点偏差值的分布,给出了相应的直线度误差的测量下确定度评定公式。

Abstract:Discusses a few principles which should be paid attention to obeying when measuring straightness error: the principle of direct effect of measurement values, the principle of the measurement line identical to the working line, the principle of the two probe vertical to the surface of the measured ruler. Suggests to use the computer precise algorithm of the minimum zone method as the main mehtod of evaluating straighness error. A new computer precise algorithm of the minimum zone method- "composing a sealed raised polygon" is also put forward.Under the two situations of direct effect and indirect effect of sampling values,gives the corresponding evaluating formulas of the uncertainty of measurement of straightness error according to the scattering of deviation of the samples.
