应用局部应力-应变法的微动疲劳寿命估算

摘    要: 本文将微动疲劳破坏分为微动应力集中破坏和接触磨蚀破坏,通过建立两表面接触的简化计算模型得到了微动应力集中系数Kt的表达式,,并导出了适用于薄板小试件的微动疲劳寿命估算公式。最后用文献中的实验结果进行验证,给出了几种材料微动疲劳寿命的估算结果。

Abstract:Firstly, fretting stress concentration failure fashion and contact wear failure fashion are distinguished. After obtaining the equation of fretting stress concentration factor (Kt), which is based on a simple calculation model of surfaces contact established in this paper, the formula which can be used to .predicate fietting fatigue life of thin plane specimen is derived by applying the "local stress-strain method". The derivation is then checked with! some test results in the literature. Finally, the fretting fatigue life predication results for a few of materials are given.
