PCB缺陷识别算法的研究

摘    要:AOI(Automatic Optic Inspection)是基于光学原理来对印刷电路板(PCB)焊接生产中常见的缺陷进行检测的一种新型测试技术。对于PCB图像的定位问题,使用一种改进的Hough变换检测圆形,通过刚体变换模型实现图像定位;在瑕疵识别中,根据树分类法和序贯检测的思想设计一种PCB缺陷模式识别方案。

Abstract:AOI(Automatic Optic Inspection) is a new testing technology based on optical principle which is used to inspect the common defects in PCB welding production.An improved Hough transform is discussed,which is used to inspect circle,and a model of rigid body transformation is applied for PCB image location.At the defect recognition stage,a unique model of PCB fault recognition was built in terms of tree-classification method and sequential test.
