| 摘 要： | 思想品德教育在素质教育处于核心的地位。高工专培养的应用性人才强调扎实的专业基础和较强的专业技能，同时还必须具备较高的思想品德素质。因此辅导员在对学生的思想品德教育工作中标应以形成坚定的道德信念为核心，以人格品质的塑造为目标，加强高工专思想品德教育工作的针对性。

For this reason, forming a unshakable moral faith should be regraded as the nucleus while aiming at shaping personality characteristics and reinforcing focalization on moral cultivation of higher engineering education. |
