| Abstract: | Setting up the modern enterprise system is the objective of the state enterprise reform,but amplifing the enterprise administration structure is the key in setting up the modern enterprise system.This paper analyses the problems existed in the administration structure of the state-owned enterprises, and also submits some specific countermeasures. |
