| Abstract: | This paper analyzes various morality of ruler and its influence factors, advises managers enhance their morality and apply it to impact employees, so as to improve efficiency of firm. Managing must depend on rules and credit based on motivity of benefit, thus the level of morality in an organization will be improved rapidly to adapt the development needs of market economy. |
