镁铝贫氧推进剂的能量分析

摘    要:利用冲压发动机热力计算程序,对镁铝中能贫氧推进剂的能量特性进行了系统研究,并探讨了高能级分对该类贫氧推进剂能量性能的影响,研究结果表明,在镁铝中能贫氧推进剂中增加镁粉含量(或减少铝粉含量)贫氧推进剂的比冲下降,在一定空燃比范围内,增加空燃比有助于提高冲压发动机的比冲。提高贫氧推进剂中CL-20和硼粉含量,可以显著提高共能量,而采用叠氮类含能粘合剂取代惰性粘合剂时贫氧推进剂的比冲降低。

Abstract:Based on the thermodynamics calculation results,the performance characteristics of Mg/Al fuel rich propellants were investigated.The action of the high energy ingredients on the performance of the propellants were also studied.The results showed that increasing the magnesium content or decreasing the aluminum content results in the specific impulse reduction of the propellant.The specific impulses of the ducted ramrockets will increase with the increasing of the ratio of air and the fuel.The enhancement of the content of the CL 20 or the boron powder will greatly increase the specific impulse of the propellant.However,the substitution of the energetic binder for the inert hydrocarbon binder can result in the decrease of the specific impulse of the propellant.
