摘    要:民用飞机结构设计过程中,结构建模占用了设计人员大量的时间与精力,如何快速完成结构建模是提升结构设计效率的关键之一,基于CATIA 二次开发技术,提出一种民用飞机结构快速建模方法。在分析总结常用民用飞机结构数模的基础上,将常用零件模型分解为典型加工特征的组合;针对每个特征,创建为CATIA知识模板,并集成为结构特征模板库;同时,采用CAA 二次开发技术,设计可视化操作界面用于特征模板库调用;通过模拟减材加工过程逐个调用加工特征模板,完成结构模型创建;以下陷特征为例,对比分析传统布尔操作建模方法与本文建模方法的建模效率与质量。结果表明:该建模方法能够显著提高结构建模效率和质量。

Abstract:Structural modeling takes lots of time and energy of engineers, rapid structural modeling is one of the keys to raise the efficiency of structure design in the process of civil aircraft design. A method of rapid structure modeling for civil aircraft is proposed in this paper which is based on the secondary development technology of CATIA. Decompose frequently used part models into the combination of typical machining features based on analyzing and summarizing of the common civil aircraft structure model. Create a CATIA knowledge template for each feature, then, establish a structural feature template library to integrate all templates. In addition, CAA secondary development technology is used to design a visual interface which can call feature templates from the library. On this foundation, by simulating the material reduction process and calling the machining feature template one by one to create structure models. This method has been verified and applied in existing projects, which improves the efficiency and quality of structure modeling.
