| Abstract: | The paper briefly states the development history of the Modern Project Management in the field of aerospace. It introduces the concept of the Modern Project Management and Organizing Structure, and takes the example of the simple flow of the project, research of the high-resolution camera BHRC60, of the Ball Aerospace & Technology Corp. It brings out some suggestion of applying Modern Project Management in the aerospace institutes. |
