With the development of economic reform,the main body of SMEs in China＇s economy plays an increasingly role,which cannot be neglected.But some problems in the development are obvious.This paper investigates the survival status of the SME market and analyzes the main constraint factors.It explores the feasibility of founding the Joint Advisory Group of Experts to provide business services.Through the establishment of membership-based management approach and government guidance,service company can provide consulting,training,information technology,finance guarantees,marketing,legal and other integration services for SMEs to improve the competitiveness of SMEs.
