摘    要: 对后置处理软件的通用化,模块化、标准化做了比较全面的、系统的分析和研究,并在此基础上提出了标准刀位文件和数据驱动式用户接口,为后置处理程序的商品化、工程化奠定了基础。

Abstract:In this paper the communion, model and standard of postprocessor software are studied. A standard cutter location file and a data-driven user interface are presented. Because the standard cutter location file is logical, other types of cutter location files could be changed into the standard type, APT cutter location file change system is designed. The data-driven user interface reduces user interface in the total system. Due to the separation of control information and user interface, the user interface system is constricted. In the user interface system, the user giving programming format increases the postprocessor software application. The system could produceISO or E!A tape of 21/2, 3, 4, 5 coordinates lathing machine, milling machine . drilling machine and tapping machine.
