叶尖间隙智能气动密封技术研究

摘    要:利用形状记忆合金的特性发展了一种新型压气机叶尖间隙智能密封技术,可以根据发动机工作状态的变化,自适应地控制压气机叶尖间隙。本文介绍了控制叶尖间隙的原理和方案,进行了智能气动密封环的结构设计,并对密封环进行了变形计算与分析。

Abstract:An adaptive sealing ring is developed to control the blade tip clearance of compressors with the help of shape memory alloys.Such a ring can change the blade tip clearance in adaption to the working conditions of engine. Its control mechanism is described.The structural design of the adaptive sealing ring is completed.The deformation of the adaptive ring is calculated and analyzed according to the constitutive relation of shape memory alloys.
