Abstract:A two-dimensional infinite aerothermoelastic dynamic model of panel flutter,in which the heat transfer with time delay has been considered,was established to investigate the flutter behaviors of the panel structures of aircraft in hypersonic flow. In this study, a new model for the temperature distribution in the panel was presented considering only the finite temporal history effects,and proved mathematically for the accuracy.Then,the internal moment in the panel,which is neglected in existing model,was successfully introduced into the panel flutter model.From the numerical results,it can be seen that the aerodynamic pressure is a main driving force of the panel flutter,the internal force acts as an external pre-tightening force on two sides of the panel,and the internal moment drives vibration of the panel with small amplitude.Taking all the factors mentioned above into account,the vibration of the panel under aerothermoelastic coupling was studied in detail.It is found that the vibration becomes very complex as the Mach number is large.Finally,some kind of nonlinear dynamical behaviors were captured and analyzed by nonlinear dynamical theory.
