| 摘 要： | 我公司航空产品型号多,技术难度大,各型号系列飞机生产过程中暴露出的技术质量问题比较多;各机型的研制周期短、工作量大、任务集中,有的型号即使是同一研制阶段,其技术状态也不完全相同,技术文件管理起来很复杂。技术文件管理工作在航空制造业中起着举足轻重的作用,管理的好坏直接关系到能否及时给顾客提供满意产品,关系到企业的经济效益,关系到企业在激烈的市场竞争中能否占有一席之地。为避免因技术文件管理不善影响飞机的研制工作。针对公司目前在技术文件管理方面存在的一些问题,提出一些改进建议和措施,组织公司所有技术科室和各生产单位工艺室,对技术文件进行清理、完善,对存在的问题进行整改,按照实施计划,逐步实现技术文件的标准化管理。
