摘    要:本文分析了预测锥齿轮胶合失效的积分温度准则的特点;提供了国产航空润滑油的FZG试验结果和航空锥齿轮的胶合温度;并采用积分温度准则对我国现役机种中数十对锥齿轮进行验证计算,所得结果与实际使用情况基本相符。

Abstract:This paper describes the characteristcs of integral tempurature criterion that predicts scuffing failure of bevel gears.It also provides the results of scuffingon lubricating oil for aircraft engines and the scuffing temperatures of bevelgears.The integral temperature criterion is applied to verification on a few dozens of bevel gears used for a variety of aircraft on active service,The calculation results are essentially coincident with the practice.
