摘    要:迄今铝合金仍是航空航天产品的主要结构材料,但它目前正受到纤维增强聚合物和新近崛起的纤维增强金属层合板(FRML)的强有力的挑战。这些新颖材料具有强度高、质量轻、模量高、膨胀系数低和耐疲劳性能好等优点。因而自它们一出世,就受到航空航天界的重视,文中对纤维增强金属层合板的制作方法和它的力学性能作了简要介绍。

Abstract:Though still one of the main structural materials for aerospace products so far, aluminum alloys are now facing increased competition from fiber reinforced polymers and lately from fiber reinforced metal laminates(FRMLs) .These new materials show im- proved mechanical properties and a superior fatigue behavior over traditional aluminum alloys currently used in aerospace industry. The article will discuss the development of FRMLs and the manufacturing and mechanical properties of these laminates.
