| Abstract: | Deng Xiaoping's thought of managing the state by law makes it required to improve the lawful concept of all the people. To implement reformation of political system and punish the corrupt actions as per the law have founded the reasonable system condition for the improving of the lawful concept of all the people. The forming of market economy makes it necessary to improve the lawful concept of all the people. |
