| Abstract: | Basic characteristics of innovation and features of aviation technology are analyzed in this paper. Aviation technical innovation is introduced in five aspects of initiative, sociality, variousness, uncertainty and time reflection. Countermeasures are put forward to promote technical innovation based on present conditions and problems in scientific research institutes. |
