多层机匣的包容性数值仿真研究

摘    要:
采用瞬态非线性有限元分析方法对多层机匣的包容性进行了数值仿真研究,对比分析了不同层数机匣在相同撞击条件下的位移、塑性应变和能量的变化,以及同层数机匣有间隙与无间隙时的包容情况。仿真结果表明:同厚度的不同层数机匣,层数越多包容效果越好;对于同层数机匣,层间无间隙机匣的包容效果优于有间隙机匣的。

Abstract:
The numerical simulation of multiplelayer casing containment was performed by using the transient state non-linear finite element method. The changes of the displacement, plastic strain ,and energy in the same impact condition with the different layer casings and the same layer casings with clearance and without clearance were compared analytically. The simulation results show that the more the layer is, the better the containment effect is; the layer without clearance is superior to the layer with clearance for the same layer casing.
