压敏漆图像数据处理技术

摘    要:针对压敏漆工程应用的迫切需求,开发了压敏漆图像数据处理软件。采用了两种图像配准方法,并对二者的配准效果进行了对比。介绍了两种图像数据三维还原方法,采用直接线性变换将二维图像坐标与模型空间坐标联系起来,得到了模型表面的真实压力分布数据。引用作者在超声速风洞中完成的三角翼模型压敏漆试验的部分结果,验证了图像数据处理程序的有效性。

Abstract:A software of pressure sensitive paint(PSP) image data processing was developed to meet the need of PSP engineering application.Two image registration methods and comparison of these methods are presented.Two 3D reduction methods are described.Direct linear transform(DLT) equation is utilized to obtain the real pressure distribution data of model surface.In order to prove the validity of the software,some of the PSP experiment result which obtained in supersonic wind tunnel of delta wing is referred.
