On Marketing Operation Mechanism of Countryside Labor Training

The rapid development of economy needs high-qualified labor. However, the labor in countryside are large in number but low in quality, which lead to the gap between the demands and supply. The cause lies in it that the training market of the countryside labors can not meet the needs of the development in market economy. So ,the key to solve the problem is to set up marketing operation mechanism which keep up with the needs of the development of market economy while reforming present countryside labor training system.
