| 摘 要： | 根据地震灾害伤员伤类伤情特点，研究地震灾害伤情伤类发生规律，并以此为依据，采用模拟的方法，以地震灾害医学救援过程中帐篷医院救治转运伤病员为例，研究地震灾害伤病员在帐篷医院内的流动过程，并最终通过救护直升机采用空运方式直接后送至区域救援中心接受专科救治。通过救护直升机的数量配置考察帐篷医院的后送效率，并最终提出救护直升机数量优化配置方案，为批量空运后送伤病员定量论证提供依据。

| Abstract: | Based on the characters of injury class in earthquake disaster, rule of injury class was studied. With the application of the method of simulation, movement of patient was investigated within the tent hospital where these patients were finally evacuated to region center hospital to re- ceive expert treatment. During simulation, number of ambulance helicopters was studied to see a- bout evacuation efficiency, and scheme of number allocation of ambulance helicopters wais provid- ed. As a result, the result of simulation could provide a theory basis with the demonstration of air e- vacuation. |
