摘    要:主要研究目的是寻求利用智能旋翼概念,将自适应随波前馈控制器应用于直升机旋翼的主动实时振动控制的可行性研究,但自适应控触所需参考信号在实际应用中往往难以获得。本提出利用旋转变压器拾取直升机桨叶旋转信号作为参考信号来解决这一问题。为了实现旋转桨叶和机体之间的双向多路信号的可靠传输,以组成智能旋翼闭环控制系统,本提出了一种非接触信号传输方法,并进行了实时振动控制试验,以验证控制策略、信号传输方法和智能旋翼概念.最后,根据试验结果,讨论了进行高效控制应当如何选择控制参数问题.

Abstract:The objective of this pap er is to look for potential use of filtering feed forward control strategy for rea l time active vibration control of a helicopter using smart rotor concept. The d ifficulty to obtain the reference signal for the controller in practical applica tions is overcome by using the rotating signal of the rotor as the reference. Th e novel non contact signal transmission method is investigated for reliable mul tiple dual directional signal transmission between the rotary rotor and the fuse lage to construct a closed loop vibration control system. Experiments a re carried out to validate the strategy, the signal transmission method and the smart rotor concept. Finally, how to select proper parameters for efficient cont rol is discussed based on the experimental results.
