少烟推进剂中新型复合多功能添加剂研究

摘    要:利用多种实验手段,考察了四种新型复合多功能添加剂对AP/RDX/AL/HTPB少烟复合推进剂力学性能,燃烧性能,热分解性能和工艺性能的影响。实验及分析证实,C-2和C-1两种复合多功能添加剂能显著改善少烟复合推进剂的力学性能,尤其是低温力学性能,同时还能提高推进剂燃速,是两种良好的多功能添加剂。

Abstract:It was studied that the effect of four new multifunctional agents on properties of mechanics, combustion, thermal decomposition and viscosities of AP/ RDX/A1/HTPB reduced smoke propellants. The results showed that the two of four multifunctional agents, C-2 and C-l, can improve distinctly the mechanical properties of the propellant, especially low temperature properties and increase burning rates of the propellants. Therefore, C-2 and C-l are good multifunctional agents.
