基于dSPACE的飞行器控制半实物仿真系统快速搭建

摘    要:针对半实物仿真大数据量传输和仿真系统快速开发的问题,利用dSPACE系统构建了飞行器控制半实物仿真系统,介绍了系统的硬件构成及关键技术。采用DS4201s板卡的串口模块与转台控制机进行通信,三轴转台和惯测单元7200组合完成三轴角速率的模拟,利用232串口实现了加速度信息的发送,解决了执行机构反馈电压的采集和A/D转换问题,利用simulink的RTW功能完成飞控程序向DSP芯片的下载。各硬件设备的仿真结果表明控制系统具备闭环仿真能力,且新增硬件设备能快速加入仿真闭环,达到了快速开发半实物仿真系统的目的。
