| 摘 要： | 随着我国高等教育事业的迅速发展,全国各高校都不同程度地扩大招生规模,高校斥巨资购入各种大型精密仪器已司空见惯。然而如何对这些精密仪器进行科学管理、正确使用和维护,如何做好精密仪器的后继开发利用,成为各高校发展中的重要问题。

| Abstract: | With the great improvement of higher education, lots of colleges and universities increase their enrollment. It has been common practice for institutions of higher learning to invest large amount of money in all kinds of large precise instruments. However, how to scientifically manage, properly use and maintain as well as further develop and apply these instruments has become a critical problem in the development of colleges and universities. Some suggestions on these problems are put forward in this paper. |
