Abstract: | In order to achieve the test of Allan variance, the paper designs a test software which can converts Allan variance from phase noise .Firstly, the relational expression of Allen variance in phase noise conversion is obtained by theoretical deduction. It transforms phase noise to Allan variance by using MATLAB to collect and process the data of phase noise .Compared with the PN900,the comparison shows that the result almost meets the test level of PN9000. It shows a friendly interfaces and convenient operation by using the GUI module provided by MATLAB. The software provides anew test method for Allan variance, which effectively avoids the problem of test interruption caused the failure, and greatly improves the test efficiency. |
