大合班教学现状解析及对策研究

目前，随着高等教育大众化历史趋势的形成，各高校师资普遍紧张，大合班上课已是必然选择。资料显示，一般情况下，班容量越大，实施因材施教的可能性越小，教学管理越困难，教学质量越差，学生满意度越低。影响合班教学质量的困境已摆在诸多教育者、管理者、学习者面前，为此需要不断探索这一发展中的问题。

Problems of Large-Class Teaching and Solutions

With the higher education becoming popular,each university is short of teachers and in this case large-class teaching is an inevitable choice.According to related statistics,the larger the class is,the less possible teaching students in accordance with their aptitude becomes,the more difficult the teaching management becomes,and the less satisfied the students become.The supervisor,the educator and the learner face predicament,which greatly influences the teaching quality.To solve these problems,the author puts forward some constructive solutions.Continuous efforts should be made to explore all possible alternative solutions.
