摘    要:确定飞机结构偶然损伤检查间隔是制定飞机结构维修大纲的关键问题之一。在国内缺乏相关使用数据的前提下,经过对多种机型维修大纲制订政策和程序手册以及国际主流机型维修大纲的研究,分析了飞机结构偶然损伤的影响因素,建立了相应的评价指标体系,研究了基于粗糙集理论和层次分析法(AHP)的指标权重确定方法,在此基础上,应用综合评价等级和间隔的对应关系,建立了飞机结构偶然损伤维修间隔的制定方法。最后对某机型飞机的重要结构项目进行实例分析,效果良好。

Abstract:One of the most important things in developing aircraft structure maintenance program is to determine the inspection intervals for structure accidental damage.The method of establishing inspection intervals for new developed aircrafts is proposed by some maintenance program development policy and procedures handbooks of many types of aircrafts and some MRBR of some international mainly aircraft models,which includes confirming indexes for evaluation,integrating the index rates by using improved AHP,and setting up the corresponding relations between rates and intervals.Finally,we used the significant structure item of aircraft as an example to verify the method.
