| 摘 要： | 简单分析了某嵌入式计算机主要技术指标,介绍了其测试系统的设计,测试系统采用基于VXI总线技术的标准模块配置,软件采用LabWindows/CVI工具编写。该测试系统工作稳定,满足某嵌入式计算机对模拟前端一致性测试、模拟前端隔离度测试、AD转换精度测试、DA转换精度测试、离散量测试等多项特殊测试要求。

| Abstract: | Firstly,the main technical parameter of an embedded computer is analyzed.Then its test system is introduced.The test system is configured with common modules based on the tech of VXI bus.Test soft was written with the LabWindows /CVI programming tool.The test system works well,and satisfied with the need the special test of the embedded computer,which are analog front-end coherence test,analog front-end insulation test,A/D convert test,D/A convert test,discrete signal test and so on. |
