飞机舱门类部件气动载荷风洞试验研究

摘    要:总结了飞机舱门类部件气动载荷的多种预测方法,并对舱门类部件载荷试验技术进行了讨论。在工程实践中,发现使用部件测力风洞试验和表面测压试验两种方法给出的舱门类部件关闭状态气动载荷相差较大。经试验验证,缝隙效应导致关闭状态下舱门类部件测力方法存在较大的误差,难以准确预计气动载荷。建议采用表面测压的方法给出关闭状态下舱门类部件的气动载荷。

Research on aerodynamic load of aircraft door components in wind tunnel

Abstract:Different methods to forecast aerodynamic load of aircraft door components are summarized in this paper,and the experimental techniques are discussed in detail.A phenomenon is found that aerodynamic loads of aircraft door components given by balance force measuring experiment and surface pressure measuring experiment are quite different.Experiment results indicate that in balance force measuring experiment of closed door the gap effect will induce error which can not be ignored.It is suggested that the aerodynamic load of closed door should be given by surface pressure measurement.
