| 摘 要： | 针对新军事变革形势下航空装备保障人才队伍建设需求，建议应从依靠党委领导、完整培训体制、改进训练手段、建立科学考评机制和健全约束激励机制等方面加强建设，使航空装备保障队伍多出人才、快出人才、出高质量人才，形成良性循环。

| Abstract: | This paper is directed against the need of air equipping assurance talent troops construction in the situation of new military affairs transform.It suggested we should rely on Party committee's leader,complete training system,improve exercise measures,build scientific examination mechanism and perfect bind encouraging mechanism to reinforce construction,in order to make air equipping assurance talent troops quickly appear more qualified talent to form good circulation. |
