精铸钛合金后封头设计

摘    要:本文介绍一例铸钛合金大开口后封头壳体设计方法以及在试制过程中遇到的技术难点和解决的途径.并给出了壳体水压强度试验应力分布试验曲线及“热等静压”后的铸钛合金ZTC4的性能数据,供今后类似产品设计及使用参考.

Abstract:The design method for the cast aft-dome and the technical difficulties met in the trial-production and their solutions are emphatically introduced in this paper. The stress distribution under the hydrostatic test and the performance data of the casting titanium alloy ZTC4 treated at thermal isostatic-pressing are also presented, which will be helpful as a referance to the design and the application for the similar products.
