| 摘 要： | 测试系统发展到今天，系统向总线型、模块化、分布式方向发展已成定局。本文分析比较了国内外常用的测试总线标准及其测试系统，着重介绍了ＶＸＩ总线测试技术，并提出了一些开发设想。
