摘    要:作者对RF2-9-0.2A熔断管以星载为目的进行了改进试验,详细观察分析了它的熔断过程及熔断机制,并按星载使用条件进行了环境试验和寿命考核,结果表明该改进后的熔断管在降额50%使用条件下完全满足星载的可靠性要求,微重力和真空环境不会对熔断特性造成重大影响;熔断电流在星上电池、电缆及接插件的耐受范围内,因而可以在星载仪器上使用。如能解决熔断丝贴壁问题,则可进一步改进其熔断特性。

Abstract:For the purpose of being used in satellite, the authors have improved a type of fuse (Model RF2-9-0.2A) that looks like a resistor. Then a careful observing of fusing process was made, under the condition of being used in satellite we took the environmental experiments and life test. The results show that when used at half of the specified current, the improved fuses are able to satisfy the reliability required of satellite. The conditions of microgravity and vacuum would not affect it's fusing property largely. The fusing current of the fuse-wire is less than the specified value of the battery, cable and connecting element in satellite. If the problem that the heated fuse-wire touches the inner surface of the porcelain tube is solved, the fusing property will be improved further.
