液体推进剂加注泵工况调节的节能分析

摘    要:针对通用型液体推进剂加注泵需要及时调整工况点,并保持低能耗的工作状态的要求,以离心泵为例,对泵的不同工况调节方式进行了节能分析,验证了变频调节相比节流调节具有显著的节能效益.最后利用相似定律,通过数理推导得出用于变频节能分析的动力性能曲线解析式.需要注意的是,变频调节的实际节能效果因受一些外在因索的制约而小于理论情况下...

Abstract:The general propellant priming pump is required to be regulated work condition in time with low energy consumption.And the energy-saving of different running conditions regulating mode of centrifugal pump was analyzed.It was verified that the frequency control was rather better than throttle control with high efficiency and evidence of energy-saving.The power performance curve analytic equation was deduced by the means of similarity law.It could be guarded that the actual energy-saving effect of frequency control was less than the optical that of theoretical analysis due to some external factors' restriction.
