沥青基炭纤维表面改性对炭/炭复合材料力学性能的影响

摘    要:为了提高沥青基炭纤维表面活性,采用臭氧氧化法对沥青基炭纤维表面进行改性。采用AFM,XPS研究了臭氧改性后沥青基炭纤维表面结构的变化。利用浸润仪测定了改性前后沥青基炭纤维表面能的变化,并用SEM分析了炭/炭复合材料断口形貌。结果表明,臭氧氧化使沥青基炭纤维表面含氧官能团和表面粗糙度增加,提高了沥青基炭纤维的表面能。炭/炭复合材料力学性能得到明显提高。

Abstract:Ozone method was used to modify surface activity of pitch carbon fiber to improve the interfacial adhesion between fibers and matrix.The surface structure of untreated and treated pitch carbon fibers were investigated by AFM and XPS,and the measurement of contact angles were used to understand the change of surface energy of pitch carbon fibers.And the SEM was employed to characterize microstructure of the composites.The results show that oxidation of ozone method increases the carbonyl functional group and the surface roughness and improves the impregnation of pitch carbon fibers,which enhances the compressive strength and flexural strength of the carbon/carbon composites.
