| 摘 要： | 金融监管的发展趋势包括理论与实践两个方面。从理论上看，主要有以信息经济学为分析范式的金融监管、从金融合同的角度研究金融监管、金融监管的成本和收益问题、金融监管的激励问题四大方面。从实践上看，金融监管的发展趋势主要表现在：金融监管范围不断扩大；金融监管手段现代化；金融监管内容标准化；金融监管更加注重风险性监管；金融监管越来越重视金融机构的内部控制制度化；金融监管法制呈现趋同化；金融监管全球化的趋势不断加强。

| Abstract: | Development tendency of financial superintendency include two aspects:theory and practice.Theory of financial superintendency mainly concern:financial superintendency taking informationztion economy as analysis normal form,studying financial superintendency at the angle of financial contract,cost and profit of financial superintendency and inspiriting problem.of financial superintendency so on.Practice development of financial superintendency mainly concern:scope of financial superintendency enlarges constantly;means of financial superintendency are modemized;content of financial superintendency is standardized:risk superintendency is emphasized more;interior control institutionalizes of financial organization are attached importance to increasingly;legal system of financial superintendency appears tend to assimilation;The globalization tendency of financial superintendency is strengthened constantly. |
