高速柔性转子动力特性分析与试验研究

摘    要:某燃气发生器转子工作转速超过第一阶弯曲临界转速,对该高速转子的动力特性和平衡平面的灵敏度进行了计算和分析.根据计算对该转子支承形式进行了调整,并用模拟转子进行了动力特性试验,计算和试验结果表明合适的支承形式和减振措施,可使该转子顺利通过弯曲临界转速,在工作转速下平稳运行.

Abstract:A gas turbine rotor working speed is higher than the first critical speed of bending.For this rotor,the high-speed rotor dynamic behaviors and the sensitivity of the balance plane were calculated and analyzed.According to the calculated result the rotor supporting configuration was adjusted,and extensive dynamic experiments were carried out with a simulated rotor.The result of the calculation and experiment shows that appropriate supporting configuration and vibration depressing device can make the rotor cross the first bending critical speed smoothly and run steadily at working speed.
