| 摘 要： | 新形势下高校学生党支部工作面临新问题、新挑战,将目标管理的理论应用到高校学生党支部工作实践中是一种有益尝试。从目标管理的内涵入手,对高校学生党支部工作的目标设置、实施、绩效评价等方面进行了研究探索,以推进目标管理在高校学生党支部工作中作用的发挥,进一步提高高校学生党支部工作的科学性和时效性。

| Abstract: | University students＇ party branch work is facing new problems and new challenges under the new situation.It is a beneficial attempt that we put the theory of target management into the college students＇ Party branch work.This paper focuses on the exploration research in the aspects of target settings and implementation、performance evaluation of college party branch work by expounding from the connotation of target management,in order to bring target management on college students party branch work and take a further step to improve the scientific and effectiveness of college students party branch work. |
