高性能双作用叶片泵定子曲线的研究

摘    要:定子过渡曲线的设计是高性能双作用叶片泵设计的技术关键。文中导出无固次形式的高次方定子过渡曲线的表达式,并计算和分析了几种典型高次方过渡曲线的特性。这种新型定子过渡曲线可对多个参数进行调查,能最大限度地满足高性能叶片泵的要求。

Abstract:Design contour curves of the stator transition zone is a technical key-problem for the design of double-acting vane pump of high-performance. This paper deduces an equation of higher degree for contour curves of stator transition zone in dimensionless form. In this paper,the characteristics of some typical contour curves of the transtion zone is calculated and analysed. This novel contour curve of the stator transition zone can be made to adjust many parameters. and satisfy the full requirements of double-acting vane pumps of high-performance.
