| Abstract: | The paper successfuly applied the mirror vortex concept based on slender body theory to the computation of interference aerodynamics between wings and fuselage or wings and external stores of an airframe,and developed program to generate the correspondent panel geometry of a complex configuration with multi external stores.Comparison of computation with experiment of four types of configurations show that the procedure greatly improved the accuracy and extended the application of panel method,and reduced the effect of manual input in the panel method.This procedure has played an active role in aerodynamic configuration design and characteristics calculation for aircraft B,C,D. |
