| Abstract: | From the recruiting procedures of global airlines,the author compares the differentiation of standard on flight attendants for global airlines and analyses the behavior and effect of flight attendants in actual job. It reminds domestic airlines that they should better concern the integrated factors and function of flight attendants. |
