摘    要:给出一种分析星上设备受双组元推力器羽流热影响的方法。首先,提取待分析设备三维模型的STL(stereo lithographic)数据;然后,根据STL数据中三角形网格的法向矢量选取有效的三角形网格;最后,利用STL数据和推力器羽流热流场分布函数建立羽流热影响分析模型。不管设备表面能否用解析公式表达,文章提出的方法均能分析推力器羽流对其产生的热影响。

Abstract:An analysis method of thermal effects on satellite's equipment due to bipropellant thruster's plume is given. Firstly, stereo lithographic (STL) data are obtained from the equipment three-dimensional model. Secondly, the useful triangle grids are selected from the STL data by the grids's normal vectors. Finally, an analysis model of thermal effects due to plume is founded, based on the STL data and distributing function of thermal flow field. The method mentioned can analyze thermal effects on the equipment no matter its surface can or can't be expressed with formula.
